I am beyond thrilled with the work Michael Sandjaby’s team at The Iconic Estates did on our roof, gutters, deck, pool/pavers and landscaping project! From the very beginning, their professionalism and attention to detail were apparent. They took the time to listen to our vision and offered thoughtful suggestions that truly enhanced the final design.

The project was completed on time and within budget, which I greatly appreciated. I’ve worked with contractors before, but none have been as reliable and transparent as The Iconic Estates.  The quality of the work is top-notch – our new backyard  is gorgeous, the pool area looks like a luxury resort, and the pavers are flawless.

Throughout the entire process, Mike and his team were communicative, respectful, and kept the worksite clean. I’m extremely satisfied with the results and highly recommend them for anyone looking for high-quality craftsmanship and a hassle-free experience.

We came to Mike at The Iconic Estates with multiple ideas for what we wanted to fix in our new house. There were multiple rooms and changes we wanted to make, but Mike really steered us in the right direction and helped come up with a great plan of attack. We hired his team to completely revamp our bedroom, master bathroom and family room. We turned the whole space into our master wing of the house complete with a walk-in closet and master bathroom. The team was great and the results were exactly what we wanted. Mike was extremely well planned with our schedule, including a master spreadsheet on Google docs that we could always refer to. We love our room and the new space we created!
